Hello, I’m Andrew.

I am a Senior Software Engineer dedicated to building the next generation of AI-native digital experiences. With over a decade of experience spanning from the early days of CMS architecture to the frontiers of LLM orchestration, I focus on one thing: bringing development superpowers to everyone.

What I’m Doing Now

Currently, I’m at Monks, where I focus on LLM orchestration and AI persona development within the Monks.Flow ecosystem. I build multi-turn AI personas and agentic workflows that allow enterprise users to leverage Generative AI for high-impact marketing automation.

When I’m not at my day job, I’m usually in my lab architecting a stealth AI platform that utilizes Mem0 with graph stores and PGVector to solve the challenge of long-term persona memory and state.

My Journey: From CMS to AI

I’ve spent the last 10+ years owning product features end-to-end. My career began in the trenches of the “maker” web—building custom plugins and themes for WordPress and Drupal to help brands and entrepreneurs scale their digital presence.

I learned early on that the best tools don’t just “do the work”—they empower the person using them. Whether I’m building scalable data visualizations for Fortune 500 clients using D3.js and Deck.gl, or engineering RAG-based retrieval systems, my goal is to create seamless, intuitive interfaces between complex data and human creativity.

Core Tech Stack

  • AI/ML: LLM Integration (Gemini, GPT, Claude), Multi-Agent Orchestration, Mem0, PGVector, RAG.

  • Frontend: React, Next.js, TypeScript, Redux, Tanstack.

  • Backend & Data: Node.js, Python, Django, SQL/NoSQL, GraphQL.

  • Architecture: AWS, GCP, Terraform, Docker, CI/CD.

Beyond the Code

I believe in the power of community and mentorship. I’ve served as an Adjunct Professor at Howard Community College and spent years co-organizing WordCamps in Baltimore and Lancaster. I’m also a Notary Public, a fan of high-performance systems, and a firm believer that the future of the web is more open, more creative, and more equitable than it has ever been.
